How hard is it going to be get a studio at the boardwalk with only 3 months notice???? We just got our bid accepted today and will not have closing until May. Thanks for all your valuable information, it has been a big help.

Anything is possible. If you're trying for Mother's Day or Memorial Day weekend though, those might be tougher. If you're open to any resort, you'll probably find available somewhere.

I just made reservations today for the 19th of June. I couldn't get into BCV at all, but was able to get into Saratoga Springs for a week in a one bedroom. Studios were harder to get at SS, but were available towards the end of June.

I'm looking forward to checking out SS.

July 4th weekend is pretty full too. I wanted a studio for July 4th-7th. Every day was open except the 4th only had a studio at OKW (we wanted to try new places). We decided to spend one night at POR (never stayed there before, so we are looking forward to checking it out), then over to WLV for 3 nights and then one night at Vero Beach.

MS said there were not a lot of studios left for that week of July 4th, but there are still a few (as of last week when we booked).

So all you can do is call and see, if it is a holiday weekend it will be more difficult. Seems like it is easiest to get into OKW. At Christmas when we decided to go, OKW was the only one with a studio open. This time for July 4th, it was the only one of the DVC resorts with a studio open.
