Can you make reservations for at restaurants if you are not staying in the park?

Yes anyone can make reservations but you need a park ticket if the restaurant is in a park

You do have to have valid admission for the park, but as long as you have a Park Hopper it shouldn't be a problem to go into the park, eat, and then go to the next park.

Thanks, my daughter is going but not staying in the park and wasn't sure if she could make them.

She can make reservations 180 days out, but not 180+10 more days.
