When you call to make reservations, is the procedure still the same that you need to make your deposit by a certain date and if you dont the reservations go back into the system?

Are CRO and Disney travel the same now because I remember CRO having a less strict cancellation policy.

The procedure is still the same. CRO and WDTC are still operated as separate entities and as such still have differing policies regarding deposits, cancellations, and payment in full dates with CRO being the more lenient.
