Reservation with people coming & going

Hi All,

If I want to make a reservation in a 2 bed villa for ~ 10 nights where I have some friends coming and going at various points during the trip what do I need to do? It would be much better if they could get their own keys, especially as we might get the DDP.

YOu will need to have Memeber Services break up the reservation internally to add the different names for different dates and add the DDP to the different segments of your trip.

Actually, if you don't get the DDP and if you have less than the maximum number of allowed guests coming and going (i.e., if over the reservation there are only 8 guests, for example) I would just add them all, get their keys the first day and leave it at that. It's only if you would go over the maximum allowance that you need to start breaking up into days.
