Linda, I have the points to rent. My resort is SSR. Points are $10 pp. I will pay the 3% Paypal fee. Because it is such a large amount of points I would ask for 50% down and then I will immediately set up the reservation. I would ask for the balance to be paid by July 1st, 2010.
