I am off on my honeymoon in Oct and am interested in a studio at any resort, on October 10th for 4 nights. I would prefer AKL with a Savannah view but I realise it may not be available with this short notice. i will also consider a one bedroom villa if the price is okay.

AKV only has the night of the 14th available in a savanna view studio. There is no availability at any of the DVC resorts in WDW for your time period in a studio. All of the resorts are missing the night of the 11th. You may want to consider a cash option.
