Reservation Wanted: Looking for some points to rent for Feb 2010

I am looking for a good deal for some points for the 1st/2nd week in Feb. Let me know if you have any good deals.
Probably want 1 bedroom in BVC/BLT since I have two young daughters I want to stay as close as possible to the action and avoid crazy long bus rides.
