Hello!
I am looking for a 2-Bedroom Value or Standard Villa on June 8,2010 at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge (Preferably Jambo House, but would take Kidani if available).
A value would run 29 points for the night and a standard would run 31 points per night.
We are hosting our wedding party for our Disney wedding. We are looking to pay $10 per point. In the past, we have had renters who have required 50% up front and then 50% within 45 days of the trip. While I'm sure we would complete payment much sooner than the deadline, we would love to find a flexible renter who wouldn't mind such a payment structure. We have oodles of deposits to put down and we're trying to spread out our costs over time. We are reliable renters who are very familiar with renting points and can give references if needed.
