Reservation Wanted HH 11/27 and 11/28

I am so new at this and have no idea what I need...I'm thinking about staying at HH on my way to WDW 11/27/10 and 11/28/10. For those 2 nights for a family of 5, how many points would I need, and who would be willing to rent and for how much? Thanks!!
