Hi --

Save your time and pick another resort -- Basically, except for some scattered weekends, most BCV and BWV studios during the weekday are gone now because of the Epcot Wine & Food festival. I've tried finding ressies for most all weeks between late Sept. and mid Nov. for a friend of mine and there is nothing there except a scattered day or weekend -- nothing more than 2 days in a row.
