Reservation/Waitlist Switch AKL Boardwalk

So I'm fairly sure this is a shot in the dark but I have a reservation checking in January 4 and checking out on January 12. It is for a room at Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani village Deluxe studio with a Savanah view. I am on the Waitlist for Boardwalk with a boardwalk view or garden/pool view. My hope is to find someone on here or someone that knows someone that has current reservation for those dates at Boardwalk and are Waitlisted for animal kingdom lodge and would like to switch to avoid the uncertainty of the waitlist. So, this is a DVC booking, not through WDW...is that right? If so, you might want to move this to the DVC area of the board.
