Reservation time question- I keep changing my mind

Tusker House - EMH AK day- want both BK and Lunch options. Party of 2- Is it better to do 10:15 or 10:30?? It will be the first Sat of SWW so, I'm not too sure how busy AK will be. If TH is running behind, will we just get leftover BK items or if we get in at 10:15, we will just be sitting around waiting for lunch items to come out??? I think I've switched it 3 times already ... Thoughts , experiences, suggestions, all is very much appreciated. TIA

It depends on how long you intend to need for breakfast.
If you just want to grab a plate of breakfast before that is over, and then take a second plate from the lunch offerings, then the 10:30 is probably good - if you check in by 10:15 you should be seated before 10:30.

The lunch turnover begins around 10:45, and after that they will not replenish breakfast (just remove items as they age or run out). Lunch itself "officially" starts at 11:00.

If you want more time to enjoy breakfast before the switchover, then you can gain about 15 minutes taking the earlier ADR slot.
