Reservation System Outage

I just found out that Disney is having a global system outage in showing reservations for World of Color dining for anytime after October 3rd.

They have yet to give an ETA on when the system will be back up.

Same thing for F!. Been trying to book for 11 days now.

I was also looking last night and the Plaza Inn is still also to the 3rd Oct

Can you still book via phone or no go there either?
