Reservation system not working for me free DDP?

I did a search for three different weeks at the end of Jan beginning of Feb, and every resort category keeps coming up unavailable?? I was just looking earlier today, and there were rooms?? Surely their site is messed up right? I was just getting ready to book POR for 1/29 thru 2/2 with the free dining.

I can't even access their site. Just keep trying.

I was having problems and chatted w/ a rep online. She stated that the available dates for free dining change at least daily, sometime change from morning to night. When she gave them the available dates, they were indeed different that what i had looked at the day before.

That might be true but tonight no dates in any category have been working which is suspect.

I am relieved to know it was not only me. I did a search last night with no problems then tonight could not get the free DDP search to work for any date. I chatted with a rep and she said there was no known system problem, but obviously there is. I plan on trying again tomorrow and hopefully it's back up! I want to book! LOL

Glad to know this cause I tried yesterday and the POP was still open. Went today and got scared that everything filled up. SO I tried booking a deluxe and still said unavailable. SO heres to hoping they fix this soon!!

Same here. I was wondering if anyone can tell me when this deal was released. I saw it in Mousesavers newsletter this AM.

This deal was released August 16th. Im also talking with a representative now who says that they werent aware there is a problem with the DDP system. Im telling them now Im not the only one with troubles.

after talking with a rep heres what I got:

Shane: Hello! I'd be happy to point you in the right direction. We did not hear of a guest having a challenge with the on-line dining system. When were you planning on visiting the Walt Disney World® Resort?
you: I plugged in the dates of May 27th-June 2nd in the free dining reservation page but it would always show that no resort was available. Other people has been having this issue as well

you: Just 2

Shane: I discovered a challenge with the on-line web site booking the Free Dining Promotion for May 2011 and will report this to my leader. You can also call the Disney Reservation Center at 407-560-CHAT (2428) for assistance. Availability and pricing are identical on-line or on the telephone. A cast member is available daily from 7am to 10pm Eastern Time.

It is just driving my crazy!!! I will probably be booking by the end of the week and was enjoying pricing different resorts and such. Now, my dad has said that we wants to go with us, because my mom will be out of town with my sister who will be having a baby. So, I need to start all over looking for a room that will sleep 3 adults and 2 children. Just really wish it would work!!
