reservation system issues on 7/4 when member services closed?

Trying to book a 3 bedroom villa online exactly at 11 months...

Online reservation system seems to work until I get to the final booking confirmation at which point it says:

We're sorry. The services required to complete your transaction are unavailable. Please try again in a few moments.

Member services is closed today. Have tried to book several times in the last hour.

Had to release room, start new search, wait 2 minutes for released room to show back up in inventory as it was only one available, grab it and then book again...reservation finally made.
