Reservation system down this morning... how often does this happen?

My 90 day window opens thursday morning. I called this morning (Tues.) to check on something (twice so far) and I've been told their system is down and the estimated repair time is 1 to 2 hours.

How often does this happen ?

I don't know how often it happens but it happened to me for the June trip.
Be patient it will come back.

It also happened to me for my July trip. I was able to make reservations for everything but my last 3 days. They told me it wasn't a big deal, because no one else could get those days either. I called back the next day and it was all back up and running.

I've just called twice in the last hour. Feel sorry for the people who want CRT, they must be anxious. The annoying thing is I could have made mine last week if I had been staying in the same resort but because we are having a split stay I've had to call last Tuesday and today. Ah well, keep trying later.
