Our ADR window opens 9/23. We have a party of 11.

question 1
Do I include our 1 year old in the booking?

question 2
When booking large parties, what is the best strategy?
3 different families book their own?
1 person book all?
Login on both and see who gets what?

We are booking Ohana dinner, BOG bfast, Chef Mickey dinner and mama melrose fantasmic package.

Yes you include the 1 year old.

Many times we had to make two reservations - even if its 15 minutes apart.

Somewhere on the internet, there's a site that will show you the max party size for each restaurant you can make a reservation for via MDE. I just can't remember where I saw it offhand.

We had a party of 11 and I was able to use MDE for a couple of them, surprisingly. You can also call the dining line to try to make reservations for a larger party over the phone or they will give you the direct line for the restaurant so you can call yourself.

If all else fails, I made multiple reservations as close as possible and let them know we were all together.
