Reservation Requests

When/where can I make requests for my upcoming stay 8/7-8/11 at the GF? I just want to request that I am not on a ground floor and also want to let them know that I will be celebrating my birthday! TIA!

Your requests should have been made with your reservation so if you didn't do that I would call and ask that the request be added to your ressie. I would also call the resort directly 4 days before you check in and ask to speak to the room assigner and reiterate your request.

At least at my resort the room assigners never speak directly with guests.. Have it noted with CRO and remember requests are never guaranteed- so don't be disappointed if they can't be fulfilled.

GF is awesome! Definitely let them know about your birthday (maybe a special birthday card from a special mouse?) and ask for a pin when you arrive (they are free from the resort desks)!

I went for my bday and i asked if their resort, POP, did anything special for bdays and they said yes. I told them in my reservation adn when checking in and got nothing.

Since your going there for your birthday don't forget to ask for the it's my birthday button. You can either get them at the lobby Concierge desk at the Grand Floridian or Guest Relations at the parks.
