Reservation Reassurances

I have just made a reservation at the wilderness lodge and am a little worried. I was hoping that someone out their can put my fears to rest. I've made a reservation for oct 27-nov 3. The MS person was very helpful and friendly and got the reservation that i requested. The problem is that he gave me 3 different confirmation numbers and has me checking out and back in 3 different times. He said their was no need to worry, that he would link the reservations and they would not make us move. He just needed to put it into the computer that way. Is there anyone out there that has run into this situation? Any experiences or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Do I need to worry or am i being silly? thanks in advance for your replies.

When we went on a spur of the moment (cheap airfare) trip in May, we stayed 4 nights, Friday thru Monday. The Friday and Saturday reservations each had their own confirmation number, and the Sunday-Monday had a different one, but they were all linked, and we didn't really have to change anything or checkout and checkin each day.

On the other hand, when we stayed at OKW last December, we had 1 confirmation number for the 4 nights, but they screwed us up in their computer somehow that made our door keys invalid twice during the trip so we had to make the long hike from Turtle Pond up to HH to re-checkin twice!

We often have linked reservations. I would call MS again a few weeks before your trip just to verify that your nights are all linked.

Also at checkin, have the CM verify that everything is linked.

Don't lose any sleep over this, it is done often and MS and resort CM's are used to our insecurities about having linked ressies!

as long as they are linked you should not have any problems....

but i would make sure when you check in that they have done this...

we too had different confirmation numbers that were suppost to be linked and were not....so we had to have the keys re-issued ......

not a major hassle but if they are linked......you do not have to do this one extra step
