Reservation Question

I was calling Disney to make my reservation and I had a code, and the guy on the phone said that you could only use codes when you booked your trip online. Is this true? When i went to the Disney website to make a reservation I didn't see an area where you could enter a code. So im a lil confused!

That's not at ALL true! He was either lazy or grossly misinformed!!!!!

When you call CRO, you should definitely be able to get a room with a discount code. (Assuming there are any rooms left at the discounted rate....)

Also, you CAN book the room online, but you won't enter a code. Go to disneyworld.com, click on Tickets & Reservations (up at the top right), then scroll all the way down and click on Spring Savings.

No that is not true! Every once in a while, you get someone on the phone who doesn't really know what they're talking about. Keep calling back. I used a discount code over the phone for my Poly ressie in march and ended up having to call three or four different times until i got someone who actually let me use it. Don't give up!
