Reservation question!!!!

The December calender came out today so I started planning out our trip. I am trying to figure out what time to make food reservations. If wishes starts at 10:00 what time should I make a reservation at California Grill, so we can see the fireworks while we are there?

How many people? If its just 2 people i'd say 8:30pm or a bit earlier, CG always seems to be running late.
