Reservation question

We have a confirmed week at BLT for a one bedroom for Feb 11 - 18th of next year. I made the mistake and realize now that I need a 2 bedroom instead. Can someone explain to me what happens to the points in this situation? I used 280 points for the one bedroom. Will they just add the difference between the points for the one bedroom and the two bedroom onto the 280 balance.

For example one bedroom is 280 points.. say a 2 bedroom is 326 so they would take the difference which would be 46 points and just add those 46 points to the 280 points and come up with the total of points that it would cost for a 2 bedroom

Or am I just totally screwed and have to totally rebook the whole thing?

It is a rebooking but if the 2 bedroom is available they will cancel the 1 bedroom to free up the 280 points (assuming you don't have enough to make the 2 bedroom reservation without doing that) and then book the 2 bedroom.

Just make sure they have plenty of 2 bedroom inventory for your time frame before you cancel!
