Have any of you gone to Disney without dining reservations? Last trip I had all of our ADR's made in advance. We did not like being tied to such a structured scheduled. So I was wondering how difficult it is to make ressie's the day of or maybe the day before? We will be going Dec.17th- Dec.22nd. There will be 6 of us. We will not be on the dining plan. Thank you for your imput.

If you want Le Cellier, Chef Mickey's, Coral Reef or Cinderella's Royal Table, or possibly 'Ohana if you are eating before 8 PM, you will need reservations.

If you want a character meal it's probably a very good idea to have reservations.

Other restaurants, not so much, especially if you are okay with eating at off-peak times.

I know that planning that far ahead is not for everybody ( I love doing it), but I would suggest that you do it since you are traveling during Christmas holidays. Otherwise, I'm afraid you would risk not being able to get any TS meals. You can try to call the day before/day of, but I would have a back up plan in case you cannot get one on such short notice.

Have fun, I've always wanted to go in December. :lovestruc

Thanks for the imput. It is appreciated!! :thumbsup2 I actually already have reservations made. And I do like planning. (Alot, maybe to much:) ) I was just hoping for this trip to set its on pace. Does that make sence?
