Reservation Question

DH and I are looking into taking DS for his first trip during free dining time. The only problem is I have 2 night classes that I won't know if I can miss until about 3 weeks before we go. We are thinking of going Thursday, September 4-Tuesday, September 9. I have class on Tuesday and Wednesday night. It's very possible that I can get out of these classes as long as there is no tests those nights. My problem is should we go ahead and book for September 4-9 when the free dining becomes avaliable and then book the other two nights (9-11) 3 weeks before we go if I have no tests or other interferences that week? I realize I won't get the free dining for those 2 nights, but that's okay as it's only 2 nights. What would you do? Any suggestions or advice?

You can make two reservations. One for the 4-9 as a package and a room only for the 9-11, that way you can cancel the room only (if necessary) a week before and still get a refund. You'd have to make two deposits up front, but you'd be sure to have a room, just not free dining for your last two nights as you already mentioned.

I would book it at the same time. If you wait until 3 weeks before there may not be anything available.

That's great! I've emailed both the teachers and I'm hoping to hear something from them soon. We still have to figure out flights.
