Reservation Process

My 180 day window opened up today and I'm having the worst experience making reservations. The website is showing times available but keeps giving me the Lady and the Tramp error message (there's a "paws" on the website or something). So I called and got the s l o w e s t CM ever. And of course no BOG availability for dinner on either of our MK day.

Why can't I book on the website?

The website sucks. It just does. Lots of people having the same issues.

Try the app - I have more success with that. I'll often have the app up on my phone and the website on my computer and book stuff at the same time. Depending on when you were trying for BOG, it may have already been booked though. Not necessarily the CMs fault.

Keep checking back. Things open up as it gets closer.

My window opened today as well. I've no luck using the website. I've had a little success using the app. But I've had to call the reservations line for most of my ADRs.

I agree with the others, the website is a dang mess more often than it should be.

I always call, WDW's IT has gone steadily down hill in recent years (and I am IT). If you get a slow person on the phone just say goodbye and call again. I have had great luck with the CM's I have spoken to.

Ok, good to know. Just tried the app and it’s much easier.

Is this true for FP reservations too?
