Reservation paperwork?

I have fully paid for my upcoming CSR vacation package, and was wondering how far in advance do they send you the paperwork? We leave in a little over 6 weeks.

I think at the time of the reservation I requested a Non Smoking room, Is there an area on the website that I can check this?

I usually get my paperwork about 3 weeks in advance.

On the Disney website if you go into my vacation (if you register) I believe you can view your reservation by entering your ressie # and your phone #

All rooms are now non-smoking!!!!

I was told they would send the paperwork at the 30 day mark, and all hotels on Disney are now completely non smoking including the Swan and Dolphin.

congrats on your upcoming trip. I can't wait til the day that I receive that special package in the mail. Are you using DME? If so you will receive another little package from them as well- I love disney mail.
