Reservation Opening Online Time?

I know there has to be several threads on this, but I cannot find them....

When booking a hotel by using DVC points (11 months out) at what time does the website open up the rooms for availability - at the stroke of midnite? 7am? A little worried about the availability due to our large group and needing multiple rooms so wanted to be ready and online when they would officially open up.

Wasn’t this already answered on the Resorts Board?

Online booking starts at 8 AM Eastern time. Member Services opens at 9 AM Eastern time to take phone-in reservations.

Its 5:27am eastern time right now and its already showing availability for May 3rd (11 months out). Am I missing something?

That is April 3, 11 months out. The system will show that as an available arrival date starting about midnight, but will not let you actually make a reservation for that as an arrival date until 8 a.m.
