Reservation on website?

I am from the UK and trying to see the reservation we have for one night booked on cash through MS, but it wants the phone number used to book with, so I did my home number but dropped the first 0, to make it 10 digits long, but it still doesn't like it. Any ideas?

I don't think that cash reservations show up on the member website, at least ours don't.

This is correct. Only points reservations show up on the member website.

I was actually looking through the WDW.com website, would it not be there then?

MS cash reservations do not show up on the WDW website.

You might want to call MS to verify the reservation.

Yes, you should receive a written confirmation. Cash reservations do not appear on the member website and only reservations reserved online or thru CRO will appear on the WDW reservation website. Reservations made thru MS will not appear on the WDW website - cash or points.

I'd just wait for that printed confirmation to arrive.
