Reservation not showing in my Disney Experience correctly

Hi, I'm renting points from a family member. She gave m access to her DVC account to book the reservation-question, we originally had a night at Saratoga. Decided we wanted to stay at a monorail resort-Poly studio became available. I went into the reservation, did modify, and changed it to Poly. When I go into her acct, it does have the Poly, and my family and I listed as the guests-all looks fine. When I go into my Disney experience to put the Poly reservation in, the date is correct, but it is still showing Saratoga. Do you know it would not show Poy listed in my acct??

Those 2 systems have a hard time with each other but if you go to your MDE and modify the check-in, then log out and then back in of MDE it’ll be corrected.

I have a similar problem. MY DVC res shows 10/08-10/15-22 at BWV but in MDE it shows 10/01-10-08/21.

You can try either what was mentioned above by doing online check in OR if you rebook through DVC (modify, don't change anything, but finish out the process) then it should push over to the MDE. I've noticed that every 2nd reservation change gets pushed over.

For example if you book it and then link to MDE it will be correct. If you make another change it will not update properly. But if you change it again then it will update properly. The really weird part is that let's say you book it initially but don't link to the MDE then you change it once and then link to MDE it will still show the original booking.

This has happened to me and what worked was doing the online check in. That seemed to reset the reservation. Try that!
