reservation issue-points not correctly taken?

I think I'm okay, but just wanted input. I made a reservation today at Aulani. The reservation required 366 points, and I had 332 banked points. I listed the order of points to be taken starting with AKV, as I assumed banked points would all be taken first, and then I wanted the balance of 32 to be taken from current AKV. After I made the reservation, my email indicates that it used all AKV points. I thought I remembered reading that the initial taking of points may be incorrect but will automatically be correct. Is this so? I try not to call Member Services unless I have to, so I thought I'd start here for advice.

I am confused as it sounds like they took AKV points for the entire thing which is what you wanted?

And, the points you wanted to use are in banked status already, right?

Knowing UY and time of travel would help in a more detailed answer.

sorry- Use year is October. I wanted to use all my banked points...219 AKV, 100 BCV and 13 Aulani, for a total of 332. And then 34 from current use year AKV. I indicated on the reservation as I made it to use AKV, as I assumed it would automatically use all banked points first, then take the owed balance from current points at AKV. Instead, I'm still showing banked points for BCV and Aulani, will all 366 points taken from AKV, using banked AKV and current AKV I'm travelling in Feb 2025.

Did you make sure all contracts were checked when you booked?

If so, then it should have taken all banked points from all contracts, and then finished up with the current UY points from the first contract checked, AKV.

Go through the booking again and make sure that all contracts are indeed checked and just follow through to the end, rebook, and it should be correct.

The banked BCV and AUL should be taken after the banked AKV before going back for current UY!
