EITHER a confirmed reservation in a studio starting 2/19 or 2/20 to 2/23 (willing to pay $10/point for a studio reservation)
OR a confirmed reservation in a one-bedroom from 2/20 to 2/23 (willing to pay $7/point for a one-bedroom reservation)
