On M.o.u.s.e o.w.n.e.r.s you had the same reservation that you marked as sold on 5/18. What happened? You were also asking for much more money last week on the same reservation. I'm interested but very apprehensive.

I would certainly need some assurances that the reservation would be in my name prior to payment for such a large $$$ amount. How could we work this out, and how would payment be made?
