Reservation for children-Only

Hi All! I tried to make a Crystal Palace breakfast reservation for my daughter and her boyfriend only, but it will not allow me to have an under 18 person be the primary on the reservation. Do you think I should make the reservation for 3: myself, DD and BF? Do I just call? Anyone have any advice for this issue? My DD would be using her magic band to pay for the meal and gratuity.

FYI - My parents made me a reservation for me and my gf (now ex) when we were 17 for ohana. This worked fine!
