Reservation "Error Message" on Disney Web site?

For the past several days I have not been able to access my ressie on Disney's web site. I keep getting an error message. Is this happening to anyone else?

I've received my ME tags and packet of information so I'm not concerned, just curious if it's just me or are there others out there that have experienced the error message?
 
I believe the site is down for system maintenance until Saturday. I was hoping to do some vacation planning :surfweb: .

Same here with the error message. I check my ressie periodically and have not been able to as well. Just as Buzz stated, they are doing maintenance. Other's on another thread have said the same thing.

Oh, so you are going really soon if you have received all of your documentation. Have a great trip.:wizard:
 
Yes, they are down for maintenance (a fairly long one). Hopefully it will work properly when up again.
 

During these down-times, they usually start uploading something into the system, so maybe something "magical" is being loaded up?!:wizard:
 
It was down for me on Wednesday, but I logged off my computer & then back on again & had no problem accessing my reservation. I just wish I was going sooner........................:goodvibes :hourglass
 
They're upgrading the system and should be up and running sometime on Saturday. They cannot look at anything new or exisiting, or book ADRs during this time.

The ADR system should up later today, however.
 
Just tried again and the system is still down.... :surfweb:
 
System is supposed to be down until 10 AM. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it to come back up.

I am definitely not holding mine.:laughing: Just checked about 10 minutes ago still nothing. I just saw on another thread that their ressie was cancelled by the computer. Now I am worried. Too many things have been happening via the computer. If I call will they be able to help or the CM's can't access the system either?:confused3
 
Thanks for the updated time. I guess I'll have to wait until we come home from our Santa Claus parade.

With so many people running into problems with the ressies, I can't help but be a little concerned.
 
Original down time (for the system 'enhancement') was for 11/21 at 10pm Eastern until 9:00 a.m. Saturday, but they system was still not functional yesterday. Last night it said 10:00 a.m. this morning, but now it looks like possibly 6pm Eastern.
The exact same thing happened last year over the Thanksgiving holiday when they did a 'system enhancement' as well. Sigh....
Maybe it will be ready by tomorrow morning.

I'm happy this was posted, I was ready to call and check on my reservation. I was hoping I wasn't like a few others recently that "lost" thier reservation.

Since the system is down, is it down for the phone line too? Does anyone know if the phone hosts can access the system? I have to make my final payment for my Jan trip!!! :eek:

You can call and make that final payment..
 
You know, I'm glad that I'm not the only person who was going crazy because of this. I cancelled some things off of our trip last week and yesterday I logged on to make sure that everything was okay. When I got the error message, I completely lost it, thinking our whole vacation went up in dust:eek: . It was a long and sleepless night while I was waiting for the phone lines to open so I could just check. The first woman I talked to kept on repeating, "The system is enhancing itself. Call back later." :headache: Not one of the finer WDW employees.

Finally, I called around 3 when a very patient CM let me know that everything was okay with our trip. :dance3:

My DH says that I'm obsessed with WDW so every time I find a thread that fits how I'm feeling, I show him and say, "See, I'm not the only one!" :confused3
