Reservation confirmation?

I have just made my first DVC reservation over the phone with member services. Do you get anything in writing to confirm the booking or does anything appear when you sign onto the website?

Hi and welcome home! I usually get the written confirmation in the post - and then promptly lose it!!! So, fortunately, there's a section on the Member website that specifies vacation details with reservation numbers both past and present...

I couldn't find it on the website but after your reply I was able to find it. It is so reassuring to see the reservation there in black and white!!

You should get a written confirmation also - we always have - although I understand these can be a bit hit and miss.

You should get a written confirmation in the post although it can often take a few weeks to come through.
