Reservation confirmation packet?

Hi, I made an online reservation on September 8th for our upcoming November ('04) trip. I was wondering if anyone could give me an idea as to how long it takes to receive the confirmation packet in the mail? Just wondering if I should have received it by now? Thanks, Donna

We made a phone reservation for our upcoming trip and never got a confirmation letter. Sometimes we do and sometimes we don't get one. I've checked my reservation number online and it is fine so I'm just not worrying about it. If you don't get one soon and want it I'd call CRO and ask them to send you one.
