Reservation confirmation at HRH

Has anyone had problems with the Hard Rock faxing or emailing confirmations? I have called the hotel 3 times and asked for a confirmation and have never received it. Is there anyone else to call so I can get my confirmation? I have never stayed on property as USF but I am beginning to wonder if I should.

I have gotten two email confirmations since I made my booking.

I have gotten email confirmation for my trip to HRH next month, but we have two different rates, a cheper rate for Wed - Thurs, and a higher rate for Fri - Sat. They only listed the higher rate, and when I contacted them, they said that they have my information on my reservation with the two rates, but they are unable to send the email that way. I hope we do not have a problem when we get there.

VMS - you will probably have a problem when you check in, I just returned and had a similar problem where they gave me a AAA rate ($215)and each email confirmation had the standard rate ($269). I called twice to get a correct email and was told that they have my info and will reflect the AAA rate when I check in, well, that didn't happen, they still had me down for the $269 rate. It took a few phone calls at the front desk but they eventually charged me the reduced rate.

I did call the other day and they said they did have my two rates, and that the reservations were linked. I don't know what else I can do at this point.

In February we booked the HRH for the last week of June. We never received any confirmation so I called in March. They said we would receive a confirmation notice 2 weeks before we were scheduled to arrive. I never received one. I brought the credit card statement that had the deposit on it in case there was a problem. We arrived and there was no problem. They had the right days and the fan club discount.
