Reservation booking window

tried to make a reservation for feb 2016. they said you can't until august. is this normal? they told me the other resorts are the same way, that is cutting it close for winter months to get their reservations in for stuff,, & How difficult is it to get a reservation?

Did you attempt to make a reservation ON-LINE for 2016 and then call to complain or did you attempt to make a reservation over the phone for 2016? If it was the latter, the CM is wrong. We've had people already post on here they've made 2016 reservations. Call back and if you are told "can't do", ask to be transferred to another agent or call again.

The on-line reservation window for 2016 will open this summer after rates are officially set. But you should be able to call in and get a 2016 reservation at 2015 rates now for Feb. Then when 2016 rates come out, your reservations will be updated to the reflect the 2016 rates.

no i called directly to diz to make a reservation & they told me that. soooo I just called & had no problem getting a reservations... can't believe the misinformation

Glad you were able to get your reservation. I was going to confirm what Ed said. I know you can make reservations, because we have ours for June of 2016 and they were made about 2 months ago.
