Reservation Booking Enhancement

Thanks to a recent service enhancement, Members may now place a single phone call to request a full reservation of as many as seven-nights beginning on the first day of their booking window (11 months before check-in at your Home Resort or seven months before check-in at other Disney Vacation Club Resorts). As a result of this enhancement, waitlists are now available only for the full length of stay.

What happens if you only want to book a shorter stay like 3 days or less? Do you have to call each day ? Also do you think the new policy to reserve for an entire week will mess up the reservation system? With this i mean some people will book the entire week then cancel out a few days at some point. But in the interim they have locked up days that others could have booked. I have read some posts on this that people think that this is what is going to happen. The whole point of disneys DVC is that it is flexible and that you do not have to book a week to get in. any thoughts ?

The policy is, "up to 7 days" so for shorter stays you still call 11 or 7 months before day 1.
