Could anyone tell me if we need an ADR for Beaches and Cream? I was thinking we could just walk in, and wait for a table, but now I'm not so sure.

Also here is a list of our ADR's - am I missing anything or would you cancel any? Any feedback would be appreciated. It will be 6 Adults and two 3 year olds. Any thoughts on the character meals at Hollywood and Vine - since we may want to do that instead of CP twice. Thanks.

Day 1 - Check into POR - DTD - non park day - Maybe Wolfgang Puck Express
Day 2 - Boardwalk/DTD/hotel - non park day - Beaches and Cream?

Day 3 - Check in to Poly - 1st day of DDP - Dinner Chef Mickeys @ 7:15
Day 4 - Coral Reef - Dinner @ 4pm
Day 5 - "Ohana - Dinner @ 6:30pm
Day 6 - Kona Cafe Dinner @ 5:30pm
Day 7 - Cape May Cafe Breakfast @ 9:30 am
Day 8 - Crystal Palace Breakfast @ 8:05 am and Plaza 5pm Dinner (OOP)
Day 9 - Crystal Palace Dinner @ 5pm
Day 10 -Home

I didn't think we needed an ADR but this is so confusing. Thanks for your help.

correct as usual bradk.
they do not take ADR's.

Whatever meals you plan to do, make sure you get an ADR! That large of party size will make it much tougher to get ADR's, as you get closer to your trip date.

Depending on the time of day the wait can be long. We were at the BC on a Friday evening at dinner time two weeks ago, and the wait for a table was 45 minutes. We were able to be seated right away however at the counter.

It was our first time there - DD10 and I, and I was surprised at the VOLUME of the noise.

Thanks for the advice - all ADR's have been made, just trying to make sure we haven't missed something. Thanks again.

If you have your heart set on Beaches & Cream, be prepared to wait, and wait, and wait. We stayed at the Beach Club last year and that place was never empty and there was always a line. We are family of five and after waiting close to 30 minutes got to sit at the counter. While we did enjoy it, it was very loud. I would suggest that you try an off-time but with small children, I know that could be difficult.

As for your other choices, I would not go to CP two nights in a row. Why not try something different? The hotels on the monorails all have character dinners and everyone loves to ride the monorail, it's also a good break from the rush at the park. (IMHO).

We love Beaches and Cream. I will be there in just over a month. :cool1:
Anyway, when we go, we always eat an early lunch there. I believe that they open at 11am. We got there just after 11am in Feb and we didn't have to wait. In June, we are landing early in the morning and arriving at the Beach Club before 11am. We will be eating an early lunch at Beaches and Cream upon arrival. So, my advice would be that if you are flexible, consider having an early lunch. By the way, highly recommend the No Way Jose.

The place is REALLY small. Only 3 booths, very small round tables and the counter. We ate lunch at 3pm and still had to wait about 30 minutes. They wanted to sit us at one of the little round tables. With 4 children, I laughed. It was better to wait for the booth. The place is great, we second the No Way Jose!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go early or at an off time. We stay at the YC and we are there right at 11:00 on the first day so that we can make sure we get to eat there!

I agree with the previous poster who said not to the Crystal Palace for breakfast and then dinner the next day. I would change to either Ohana Breakfast (completely different than Ohana dinner) or try one of the GF restaurants or WCC at WLL!
