Reselling DVC

Has anyone ever sold their DVC points without a realestate agent? I just purchased some points at BCV and I have a small 50 point contract at a different resort that I am selling to a friend. Can I just forward the offer to Disney for ROFR and then send it to Timeshare Title and more for the legal duties. This would probally save me $400.00 in real estate fees, since I know the person who will buy it.

I believe I have read here on the site that you can contact the board sponsor, TSS, and they will handle thing for flat fee if you bring them your own buyer.

Since they are involved in this so much, I would definitely give them a call and see what they have to say.

I noticed that you might live in Canada. Be advised you might be subject to the 10% FIRPTA tax. You would have to pay that at the time of closing.
