I have a contract with a February use year. I just bought a resale contract with a March use year. (Both will be titled the same.)

Since they have different use years, does that mean that my new contract will never appear when I log into the member website and see my old contract? If my new contract will get a different member number, does that mean I will have to set up a different account for it on the dvc member website?

Yes they will both show up on your account but you will just have to use the dropdown menu for which points/membership you want to use when booking.
