Another thought is the resales look discounted but i just added on saratoga because when you add on the closing costs plus the maintanance fees immediately on the resale you get first year free with disney and then the option of taking the current years points or a further discount the prices were within two dollars per point and saratoga is for at least fifteen more years so in my case the 80 dollar resale came out to 86.75 per point and the 90 disney price worked out to 88 whith 100 developer points plus the points from current year
