My wife and I are purchasing 250 points at Old Key West. We passed ROFR in 1 week and had our closing documents two weeks after that. Now just waiting for the final step where we are in Disney's system.

What was the price/point that you paid? We are considering a OKW resale add-on given the low point costs of the non-extended contracts and I was curious to see what passes ROFR.

We paid $71 per point for 250 points, April use year with all of 2008 points available.

You should call DVC and ask to be put in the system, After I called them I got in within 2 days.
