Resale process

Hi,
I'm hoping someone can give us a little bit of guidance on something that is confusing us.
We recently offered on a resale, the offer was accepted and the papers were sent to Disney for ROFR.
Whilst we were waiting for Disney's answer, the closing documents were sent to us to check for any typos etc. We were asked to check them and send them back whist we waitied for ROFR. We did this and a few days later we recieved an email saying Disney had waivered their rights and we were able to go ahead with the purchase.
This was about 4 weeks ago and we haven't heard anything more. We still haven't paid our final payment, or recieved any amended closing documents. I'm sure that it is okay, and its just a matter or waiting, but I wanted to check we weren't missing something. I think we are going to give the resale company a call later, but I just wanted to make sure we weren't being too impatient
Any advice would be appreciated.

I sold three contracts. The first of the three was handled promptly. The last two have already taken about a month longer to this point than the first one! I think a lot of people take vacation in July and August. I did call and was told the closing date is scheduled for early September.

My closing docs are due to me tomorrow. I already plan to check on them.
Additionally, I emailed them last week just to check and make sure that everything was going ok. I am glad that I did because they told me that they did not get the Escrow docs that I fax'd to them 3 weeks ago. So I refaxed them and confirmed that they were recv'd. They also informed me that Disney had not sent them the estopple info yet either. So, hopefully, my closing docs will come tomorrow - or at least, they will be able to tell me what the holdup is.

I really, really need to close before we get to the 7-month window for my ressie. I am trying to be patient, but I am a bit nervous.

Hello,
Just contacted our resale agent and they confirmed everything was okay, it was just that Disney were taking the full 30 days at the moment to transfer the documents (sorry if thats not the right terminology, I get a bit confused with all the title documents and such like! ) but if they are not with us in the next few days they can then start to chase Disney. So for the time being, all is well!!
BTW does anyone know if we still get the full welcome pack as we have bought resale?

You don't get the "full" welcome packet with the tote, but you do get the members handbook and the dream book (with the points, etc. in it). A few weeks later, you will get your ID cards. The one thing I know I had to call MS on was my "access code" for the website. For some reason with resales that doesn't get sent.
