Resale Policy Changes??

After today's announcement of policy changes I am hoping for someone who may have some insight as to who is grandfathered in... We passed ROFR on Friday and are waiting on estoppel and closing. Do we still receive the member benifits that were in effect when we signed our contract or are we out of luck?

The last change was in 2011 and I don't know if anyone recalls what the policy was for those who already submitted a contract?

I have emailed my broker and will reply with the response once I receive one.
