Resale Offers On Weekends???

If you put in an offer over the weekend will they present them to the owner then or will it just sit and wait until Monday???

I think all the main resale sites will do offers on the weekends. I’ve had several offers completed and submitted to ROFR over the weekend. www.fidelityresales.com is probably the only one that’s slow on the weekends.

I think the answer is "it depends on the agent and the seller." We've made two weekend offers: late Saturday night that was accepted Sunday morning and the other one we didn't hear back until the next Tuesday, I think. I'd say once you have your offer figured out, present it and hope for the best.

I made an offer with the board sponsor late on a Saturday night, and had it accepted before I awoke on Sunday morning. Of course, YMMV...

Fidelity does not. Most other brokers do work on the weekends and likely would try and get the offer to the sellers.

I submitted an offer with www.*******.com on a Friday night and it was accepted Saturday afternoon.

We submitted an offer late yesterday afternoon- received counter within 2 hours. Docusigned the contract this morning and sent to Disney by broker midday today.
