Resale Listings Email from TSS

We're thinking about purchasing a small contract to get started with DVC. We've rented points twice over the last 2 years and love it. (Stayed at SSR) We're fortunate to have a place to stay at the beach and plan to split our twice-a-year FL vacations between there and WDW. (I never thought I'd love to vacation at the same place twice a year.)

My question is: How often does the TSS send out new listings via email? I just got on the mailing list the other day and have been obsessively checking my email continuously looking for just the right listing. Is there a schedule? Do the emails go out in advance of the posting on their website?

Just looking to get into DVC and live the magic more often!

I think it depends on your rep - each does his/her own mailings. I signed up about a month ago, and I have only received one listing email (yet I know they have gotten new listings since).

Thanks, Tom. While I like watching for "deals", I will say I didn't really pursue the issue because I didn't want to be tempted so soon as we had already purchased two contracts within 10 days or so!

We get e-mails from Scot sometimes every day, 1 day I got 2 different e-mails.

I typical ask for scott but he is not in sometimes so I don't know if I can call him my rep. I talked to him first. I bug them so much that I forget who I talk to somtimes. But like kdzgon I too have only got one email update and that was the first time I talk to the company. I am looking at this thing all the time trying to find the right one because I am a very impatient person and I want one NOW!!!

Jason is the best! I get an update daily and sometimes a second one with new listings for the day.
Really makes me want to buy in right now. Hmmm...maybe it's not such a good thing...
