Apparently we have passed ROFR and now the closing agent does an estoppel with Disney to make sure the dues are current and that there are no liens? Anyone know how long the estoppel process should take? Is this normal with resale???

Yes it's a normal part of buying a resale contract. I dug up a couple of threads from last summer about the final stages of the resale purchase process that discuss this. According to these posts, it was taking about 2 weeks but remember these are old threads so depending on the current workload of the folks at Disney who handle this, the process might move along slower or faster in your case.

Note: I left in the directive to highlight the word "estoppel" in red in these posts (provided by the search engine) to make it easier for you to find the posts that discuss this.

This next thread had a lot of replies so here is the post within that thread most relevant to your question: http://www.disboards.com/showpost.php?p=9465518&postcount=37

Good luck with your resale!

We just passed ROFR on Jan. 23. We were very excited at how quickly things were moving, only to find that Disney was backed up by their January membership dues and our estoppel letter did not get to the closing company until this February 13!!! It turns out that January isn't the best month to buy if you want to close quickly. Things might be better for you, now that the beginning of the year stuff has died down. Best of luck.
