This closing did not proceed as smoothly as my first resale purchase did. Somehow the transfer got posted wrong at Disney. However, I have finally been able to update the original post with success.

A bit frustrating situation but Scot @ Timeshare Store, Brenda @ Magic Vacation Title and Tammie @ Disney were all helpful in getting this process finally completed.
